Attention... You should NOT see this Notice !

  • If hotComm is installed on your computer, you can see the hotComm startup icon on your desktop.
    1. Double-click the hotComm startup icon.

    2. Wait while hotComm connects to the 1stWorks Network. You know you are connected when the earphones on the hotComm headset icon in the lower-right corner of your Windows taskbar (icon/system tray) are colored red and blue.

    3. Try your room link again.

  • If you still get this notice:
    1. Exit hotComm. (Right-click the headset icon in the lower-right corner of the Windows taskbar and select Exit.)
    2. Exit your browser and re-start it. Delete Temporary Internet Files or clear browser cache. How to ...
    3. Restart hotComm. Wait for the earphones on the icon to turn red and blue.
    4. Try the Room link again.

    Note: Whenever you exit hotComm, make sure that you wait 15-20 seconds before starting it again.
